Infant massage is an ancient art practised in many parts of the world such as India and Africa. Over the last 30 years this traditional art has been introduced to the west and been practised in the UK since the late 1990's.
The IAIM massage course draws from both the Indian and Swedish massage traditions as well as incorporating principles from yoga and reflexology.
Massaging your baby provides a wonderful opportunity for expressing our love whilst meeting the high need for touch and affection so essential for the healthy development of all babies.
