Your Therapist

Hello, I am Victoria Gray and I am a fully qualified Osteopath and Aromatherapist.

I have always been interested in health and wellbeing. After completing an undergraduate degree in Sports Science at St. Martin's College, Lancaster I spent a further four years studying to be an Osteopath at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, London. I qualified with a degree in Osteopathic Medicine in 2004 and have practised in the Colchester area ever since. I am registered to practice with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and I am a member of the British Osteopathic Association (BOA).

More recently I became interested in the benefits of essential oils and trained to become an Aromatherapist at the Essentials for Health school in London gaining an IFA Diploma in Holistic Aromatherapy. I am a member of the International Federation of Aromatherapists (IFA).

I have received specialist training in the field of massage and aromatherapy during pregnancy, massage during labour and post-natal massage.

I am insured to practice both therapies and have a current First Aid Certificate.

I am continually gaining further knowledge and experience attending courses and workshops in accordance with my code of practice.

I enjoy hand making products for my clientele using all natural ingredients. I also make natural vegetable soy wax candles scented with organic essential oils.
